Fi-Fy Account & Data Deletion
Official Account Deletion Policy & Request Portal for the Fi-Fy Application
Use this online form to initiate an immediate deletion request for your Fi-Fy account and all associated personal data.
1. Ways to Request Account Deletion
Users of the Fi-Fy mobile application and web platform can request account and data deletion using any of the following options:
Fill out and submit the red "Delete Account & Permanently Erase All Data" form above. Your request will be instantly processed and confirmed.
- Open the Fi-Fy app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile ➔ Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice. Your account will be immediately deactivated and scheduled for complete data purge.
Send an email request to support@fi-fy.com with the subject line Fi-Fy Account Deletion Request. Please include your registered Username or Email address. Requests via email are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
2. Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently purged from Fi-Fy servers and databases:
- Profile Information: Full name, Username, Email address, Phone number, Profile Picture (Avatar), and Bio.
- User-Generated Content: All created posts, uploaded photos, videos, stories, and comments.
- Social Connections & Chats: Friends list, Follower lists, and direct message history.
- Device Identifiers: Device IDs, push notification tokens, and session identifiers.
3. Data Retention Policy & Exceptions
- Financial & Payment Records: Transaction logs (purchases, creator support receipts) may be retained for up to 12 months in strict compliance with applicable accounting and tax laws. These records are strictly archived and never used for marketing or tracking.
